NHS discounted tickets

NHS staff with valid NHS photo ID are able to receive approximately 10% discount on Single*, Two-trip and Point-to-point Weekly or Point-to-point Monthly tickets. The discount is also available on Townrider Day, Weekly and Monthly tickets:

You must present your NHS photo ID to the driver on the bus when you purchase the ticket to receive the discounted fare on all of our routes. These tickets are not available on our app.

*Single fares within King's Lynn town are currently capped at £1.50 thanks to Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) funding. There is no further discount on these tickets with NHS ID.
