Lost property

If you think you may have lost something on our buses then please email us at [email protected] or call 01553 611955 during office hours. 

You’ll need to give us a description of the item lost, which route you think it was lost on and the date it was lost. We will then try our very best to reunite you with your lost item. Please note that perishable items are disposed of within 24 hours. 

If your item has been found it will need to be collected from us at our depot located at:

Lynx Acer Road, Saddlebow Industrial Estate, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE34 3HN.
