Concessionary travel

We accept all English National Concessionary Travel Scheme bus passes for free travel at or after 0930hrs Monday-Fridays and all-day Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays. Don't forget if you're travelling before 0930hrs on Monday-Friday you can receive a discount by showing your pass to your driver. 

Please note that Norfolk County Council issued Disabled concessionary passes are valid for free travel within Norfolk at all times.

There are also some exemptions whereby elderly persons concessionary passes are valid earlier than 0930hrs on Mondays to Fridays, these are as follows:

  • Service 33 – On the 0850hrs journey from Hunstanton to King’s Lynn concessionary passes are valid for free travel at Sedgeford at 0856hrs onwards.
  • Service 33A - On the 0920hrs Hunstanton town circular concessionary passes are valid for free travel at Lavender Chase at 0924hrs onwards.
  • Service 36 – On the 0927 journey from Wells-next-the-Sea to Fakenham, concessionary passes are valid for free travel from The Buttlands onwards.
    On the 0928 journey from Hunstanton to Wells-next-the-Sea, concessionary passes are valid for free travel from Hunstanton Bus Station onwards.
  • Service 37 –  On the 0855hrs journey from Meadowfields to King’s Lynn concessionary passes are valid for free travel at Wimbotsham at 0914hrs onwards. 
    On the 0903hrs journey from Southery to King’s Lynn concessionary passes are valid for free travel on the entire trip.
  • Service 38 – On the 0855hrs journey from Fair Green concessionary passes are valid for free travel at Fair Green, Middleton, North Runcton and West Winch (Coronation Avenue only).
  • Service 39 - On the 0915hrs journey from Marham concessionary passes are valid for free travel on the entire journey.
  • Service 54 – On the 0905hrs journey from Walpole St Peter concessionary passes are valid for free travel on the entire journey.
